A to Z Challenge–Haddaway to Hunter Hayes

* the “genres” listed are my own timeline of music which you’ll find here.  If you want to know a quick story of the genre, (Why the hell is he listening to that?) then click the genre link to go back to the timeline page.  (My genres are classic, 80’s, Christian, hip hop/rap/90’s, rock/alternative, Virginia song, before spotify andspotify.

**Any pictures of album covers denotes that I owned it at one time in my life

Haddaway

Halestorm

Halestorm – I love this group.  Something about a rock band with a girl as a lead singer.  I first heard “I Get Off” on the radio and fell in love with them.  When I want to rock out, I play Halestorm.

Hall & Oates

Hall & Oates 2

Harry Chapin

Harry Connick jr

Harry Connick, jr – I liked Harry before he became cool.

Harry McClintock

Heart

Heart – Remember when I mentioned that I had seen Amy Grant in concert?  She was there with Heart so I’ve seen them in concert as well.

HellYeah

Herbie Hancock

Here Comes the Mummies

Here Come the Mummies – I heard them on the Bob & Tom show and really like a couple of their songs.  Their songs have double meanings and they can be hilarious.  I really like the background music as well, kind of a big band type of music.  Oh yeah, they are also all decked out like mummies.  Check them out.

I couldn’t decide which one to post, so I posted both of them.

Hinder

Hollywood Undead

Hoobastank

Hootie and the Blowfish

House of Pain

Htown

Huey Lewis

Human League

Hunter Hayes

    1. I'm fairly new to the country scene so I don't know too much of it yet.

  2. Pretty eclectic mix, and some of these I actually grew up listening to. However, for me to listen those nowadays, I have to tune into college radio.

    1. There are all kinds of apps and website to listen to anything anymore. I use Spotify on my laptop, Kindle and phone.

  3. Ahh, Huey Lewis. An 80s staple. All my H bands are-again-artists whose last names begin with H. I'll save them for their first name letter days. :)

    1. That's the way Spotify does it on their site, otherwise I would use last names too.

  4. Heart was another of my obsessions, but I have way more of their songs on my list. I also saw Harry Connick live in Vegas, and that was great. I still love that Human League song too. :)
