Dude, a donut's a donut, right?<br /><br />Second, I am a rollercoaster maniac. I had season passes to Hersheypark for the last few years. The trick to not geting sore from being thrown around? Don't fight it. Your instinct is to stiffen up and try to hold your head straight. Let it go and your body will sway with the motion of the train.
